Thyroid problems can really throw a wrench into your daily life, leaving you tired, foggy-minded and sleepless. Unfortunately, living with an imbalanced thyroid can be difficult in many ways as the impact it has on one's body varies from person to person. That said, we don't have to let thyroid issues, or having no thyroid define us; there are approaches we can take to help manage them holistically and keep ourselves feeling our best.
