CHALLENGE COMPLETE · 5 OF 5 DAYS
You Did It! Five Days, Five Small Wins.
You just finished the 5-Day Sugar Detox Challenge. No crash diet, no guilt, no tossing out the birthday cake. Just you, paying a little more attention and making a few changes that fit your real life. That counts. Go ahead and give yourself some credit.
Look How Far You've Come
Here's a quick look back at what you learned this week. You can revisit any lesson in the member portal whenever you need a refresher.
DAY 1
Where Sugar Hides
Natural vs. added sugar, and three sneaky sources in your own routine.
DAY 2
Sugar Detective
Reading labels, checking serving sizes, and comparing added sugar side by side.
DAY 3
Rethink Your Drinks
One realistic beverage change (yes, your coffee is still invited).
DAY 4
Better Meals & Snacks
Whole foods, protein, and fiber working together in one balanced plate.
DAY 5
Make It Stick
Three sustainable habits and a next-step plan that fits your life now.
So… What Happens Now?
The challenge is over, but the good stuff you started doesn't have an expiration date. Your lessons, Sugar Detective worksheet, and habit tracker are still waiting for you in the member portal.
Moving forward doesn't mean doing more. It means keeping what works and letting the rest go.
1. Keep your three habits front and center
Write them on a sticky note by the coffee maker. Three is plenty. Seriously.
2. Keep using your tracker
Print a fresh copy for next week. Checking a box is surprisingly satisfying.
3. Be kind to yourself on off days
One dessert doesn't undo a week of paying attention. Just pick back up at the next meal.
